TA is a digital-based initiative of young law students from different colleges and universities across India. TA is a knowledge creating and sharing website with the simple objective of providing unbiased and propaganda free news. Till now TA has published around 250 op-eds on various issues ranging from politics, environment to legal & socio-economic matters. It is an independent, research and data-driven forum for discussing issues of national and global importance. TA is based on the idea of promoting and creating space for alternative journalism.
Its focus is always on the people and their issues. TA believes in promoting secular and pro-democratic thoughts.

About the Internship @ The Analysis
TA has launched a special reporting project for issues of politics & public policy. The project aims to cover a range of issues like farmers crisis, media censorship, sanitation & hygiene, gender justice, economic and legal reforms.
The project is based on reviewing literature, interviewing concerned stakeholders, analyzing data from different sources and critically evaluating the policy framework. The duration of the internship is for six months.
The project has following vacancies:
(a) Special Project Correspondent (SPC)
SPC will be expected to conceptualize and execute a research plan on a particular issue allotted to him/her by the editorial board of TA. SPC must be able to produce high-quality, well researched and authentic research articles, reports and presentations on the policy issue allotted to him/her. SPC will be expected to align his research plan as per the editorial aims and objectives of TA.
(b) Social Media Editor (SME)
SME will be required to manage and monitor the social media channels of TA. SME will be expected to formulate and implement time-bound, engaging and authentic content strategy with respect to different social media channels of TA. He/She should have a familiarity with various social media channels like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. SME must know how to use different social media features like tagging, creating posts, replying etc.
Note: An applicant can apply only for one vacancy at a time.
After the successful completion of the internship: a certificate of internship and an internship opportunity (offline) will be provided by TA.
