We are happy to notify you that Department of Law, Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior Madhya Pradesh is organizing 2nd National Law Seminar on Multidisciplinary approach towards social transformation in India on March 30, 2019.

Participation Criteria

Research papers are invited from the academicians, researchers, practitioners, and students on the broad themes given below. Research papers should apply research skills and must highlight the specific research problem. The work should be original, previously unpublished and must not be in the stage of submission/consideration elsewhere.

1. Commercialization of Motherhood

2. The casting of Vote in Election

3. Green Governance

4. Rise and Fall of Judicial activism in India

5. Media Trial: Judgemental Views

6. Changing contours of Reservation Policy in India

7. Amendment in IPC Section 377 and it’s ramifications

8. Intellectual Property Rights and Globalization

Submission Guidelines

The abstract can be submitted electronically via email to: [email protected] on or before 1st February 2019.

The abstract (200 words, Times New Roman, 12 font size) and final paper submitted shall undergo an internal review process and the acceptance of the abstract/ full Paper for the seminar will be communicated through email.

Last date for submission of Full Paper: 28.02.2019
Date of Seminar: 30 March 2019

Research/Doctoral scholars: INR 700
