JOB POST: Legal Associate – HSIIDC, Delhi/Gurugram

Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HSIIDC) is a company incorporated on 08.03.1967, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the objectives to develop industrial infrastructure in the State of Haryana under the aegis of Department of Industries and Commerce, Haryana.

100% equity of the Corporation is held by the State Government and as such the Corporation is a Government Company under section 617 of the Companies Act, 1956.

Job Description and Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment for the post of Legal Associate
2. Engage with, facilitate and advise the HSIIDC on drafting rules, regulations, contracts and bid documents.
3. Bring out legal issues/matters/ proposals, for approval of the HSIIDC/State Government or any other competent authority.
4. Assist HSIIDC/State Government in taking informed decisions on various issues/ matters that might be raised from time to time.
5. Any other legal matter that may be assigned by HSIIDC.

Location

The position is currently based in Delhi/Gurugram but may require travel to other places.

Eligibility

Nationality: Candidate of Indian Nationality.

Preferable Age: Should preferably be less than 35 years of age.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law – Preferably a five-year degree course.

Experience:

1. 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
2. Should have domain knowledge and understanding of formulation of contracts, plaints, writs and agreement.

Emoluments

The selected person can be offered up to Rs.1,00,000/- (Rs. One lakh) per month as remuneration. A higher package may be considered for deserving candidates.

Emoluments: Should have drawn minimum emoluments of Rs. 40,000/- per month.
