Work Description:

1. Assisting in contract negotiation and execution [incorporating comments; coordinating with internal and external counterparties; completion of contract execution process; assisting in setting up a contract management process.
2. Reviewing/concluding standard template-based agreements viz. Recruitment agreements/consultancy agreements, non-disclosure agreements, vendor services etc.
3. Legal research in areas like Contract, FDI, Labour & Employment, Debt Recovery, and Data Management & Privacy
4. Litigation

Pre-Requisites:

1. Any law student based out of Bangalore in their 4th or 5th year of law school (5-year law program).
2. Candidate should be willing to do 2 months full time or part-time internship.
3. 6 days working.
